2020: Walking on Detroit’s Riverfront!

Our “Strides for Seniors” walk at Palmer Park was cancelled this year – and we have encouraged our supporters to take a walk anyhow! There are still a few days left in September – but of course you can walk after that, as long as the weather permits. Simply gather a friend or two, pick a time and place – and walk! It’s a great way to get exercise, enjoy the weather, and show your support for Detroit’s senior centers. In this photo, our friend Nona Harris – also a St. Pat Center board member – walks along Detroit’s riverfront, part of an regular organized group outing.
