There was lots happening on Tuesday, September 10, at LA SED: Some of the members were busy in the main room, making decorations for next Monday’s Mexican Independence Day celebration. In the classroom, instructor Guadalupe was conducting a wellness session devoted to managing chronic health conditions. And nursing students from Madonna University, with professor Kate Foley, were on hand to take blood pressure and glucose tests.
