On Saturday, August 24, Hannan Center’s wonderful Emerge! Art Festival celebration many local artists. Emerge! is an art festival presented by Hannan, open to emerging artists aged 55 and up. New for 2024, the festival also introduced the Next Generation Awards, celebrating artists aged 54 and younger as well. Artists were invited to submit up to two pieces of work that align with the competition’s theme, and were judged by a panel of esteemed art professionals and voted on by the arts community.
