The Strides for Seniors “Friday Live” at Heilmann Recreation Center on September 12 was jam packed with food, music, dancing, health checks, free produce, wellness vendors – plus the opportunity to participate in the center’s chair and step aerobics, Bingo, hustle dance class, boot camp by the pool and more.
