Everyone had a blast at LA SED!
The Friday Live gathering on Friday, September 10, included:
- High energy Zumba with Roberto (pictured) – always am amazingly fun time
- Free snacks and drinks – water, pop, fruit, granola, cookies, etc.
- A photo both to celebrate Grandparents Day, sponsored by AARP!
- Arts & Crafts tables
- A guided 1/3 mile tour around the neighborhood
- Health checks by nursing students and other professionals – blood pressure and glucose checks, fall risk assessments, and more
